Recently, WhatsApp revealed new Stickers feature for Android & iOS both mobile devices, which will give you the same Facebook, and other social media like app experience. As this new feature have limited choices for stickers yet. But you can create you own sticker with it, you can turn your  selfie or any other pictures into a WhatsApp Sticker.

I have tried more than 3-4 version of WhatsaApp to find that which version have the Stickers update. I found that WhatsApp v2.18.34 update have stickers, you can download it from the below link.

Currently, There are about 12 stickers packs available in the WhatsApp by default, but, Android users can download and use third-party apps or stickers from Google Play Store however, iOS users don't have that privilege yet.

As Android users have some more privilege to use some extra stickers on WhatsApp so they can create their own custom WhatsApp stickers pack from their photos or using their own selfies.

Follow the below steps to know how you can create your selfie as sticker.

Sounds exciting, right? but again only Android users can do it for now. iOS users have limited access to this features.

Here is a detailed steps on how you can turn your selfie or photo into a WhatsApp Sticker or create your own WhatsApp Stickers pack.

Only for Android users, How to create your own WhatsApp Sticker

  1. Go to the Google Play Store and search for the app ‘Sticker maker for WhatsApp’ app on your phone. Or you can click on the link here.
  2. Once you install the app, click on the “Create a new sticker pack” button.
  3. Enter your sticker pack name & your name as Author. This details app you to describe the sticker pack.
  4. Now, Click on the "New List", you will be redirected to empty stickers trays page.
  5. Now set stickers pack’s icon (You can use any photo) and then select the next tray to add a new customised WhatsApp sticker.
  6. By clicking on the empty tray, app will ask you to add photo in it. You can use any old photo or can take new selfie.
  7. After selecting your photo from Gallery or by using the selfie, you will be see the photo editor tool on the next step. This tool will help you to enhance your image, this tool include crop and filter option.
  8. Now, save the image and repeat these above steps to add more customised stickers to the pack.
  9. Now click on the Publish Sticker Pack option.
  10. And now, app will be ask you to add these your customised stickers to your WhatsApp account, accept and move to the WhatsApp app.
  11. That's It, You can created your own WhatsApp stickers. Now you are ready to share it with your friends & family
